What is sufficient sleep? Sleeping for at least 7 hours per day? Yes, theoretically it is healthy to have 7 hours of sleep every day. However, how many of us now have enough sleep? I think at least 75% of us do not have it... This is because there is stress due to loads of work to do. Not having a sufficient sleep is very unhealthy.. You may fall ill easily.
So, what should we do to manage our time properly so that we have enough sleep?
